1. Returns
We strive to provide you with products of the highest quality and your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
To be eligible for a return, please contact our customer service within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
3. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
4. Shipping
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
