The absence of red is deliberate. Red, the color of fiery dominance and passion, is left behind to focus on the journey itself: Black and white reflect the stark challenges faced away from Old Trafford, while deep blue embodies the unyielding resolve to reclaim greatness. The 1999-2000 kit recalls a time of assured victories, while the 2013 designs mark the club’s pursuit of identity after Sir Alex’s departure.
